Mapasso is a Shopify app with four plans. They differ only in the number of passports, and every plan includes every feature. You pay through your Shopify invoice.

You can try the paid plans free for 14 days.
You pay through your Shopify invoice in USD. If Shopify bills you in euros, Shopify's daily exchange rate applies, plus a 1.5% conversion fee.

What you pay for with Mapasso
There are cheaper apps for the Digital Product Passport. Mapasso costs more, and every plan includes these three things.
The QR code never changes. You print it on the label once and keep updating the passport afterwards.
If the app goes down, your customers still see the last saved version of the passport.
Mapasso adds the block for your product page to your theme editor. All you do is click Save.

- How much does a Digital Product Passport cost with Mapasso?
- Free covers up to 5 passports at no cost. Starter is $29 a month for up to 100 passports, Pro is $79 for up to 1,000, and Business is $199 with no limit. You can try the paid plans free for 14 days. You pay through your Shopify invoice.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. With Free, you can create up to 5 passports with every feature, at no cost. You install Mapasso from the Shopify App Store.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Plans run month to month, and you can cancel each month. We never charge in advance beyond the current month.
- What happens if I uninstall Mapasso?
- About 48 hours after you uninstall, we delete your data in the app. We delete your published passports no later than 30 days after you uninstall, and printed QR codes then stop working. Before that, you can export all passports as CSV or JSON-LD in the settings.
